I´m here in Guatemala. I´ve started to get settled at the house I´m staying at. It´s with this charming older lady named Doña Ruth and the people who live there to help her take care of this awesome house. Evidently there are also 4 other language students living here and I will meet them in a couple of hours at dinner. One of my friends who came down here with me, Kelli, lives right next door, so that´s been incredibly helpful. Instead of staying in the house, doing nothing, we´ve been out exploring Antigua. It´s a pretty neat town. Right now I´m writing to you from an internet cafe that is in the same room as a barber shop. And you have to walk through a hallway, a place to make international calls, and then a travel agency place in order to get to it. Like I said, we´re exploring. :) Anyway, today has been full of adventures and awesome meetings, but I´ll save them for the next update when I have more time and hopefully my own computer to use.

Hey girlie! Glad to hear you have made it safe and sound! I so want to be exploring with you! I need to know what the name of your mission organization is, your location, how long you will be there before going to Ecuador and then how long you will be there before returning home...so get back to me ASAP! And I would like an address as well...

ummmm... so i'm here at grandma's office just showin her some new technology!! haha and i'm kinda bitter that you didn't email me when you got there yesterday, I just had to hear it thru the grapevine!! punk I sent you a picture of lil Brian from my cell phone that josh sent me last night...at 10:30! Don't you people know i sleep?!?! (in case u don't know who lil Brian is; others call him Davin...) LoL so write me back on my phone so that I will check it!
